Prioritise Development
Having established what would be the Minimum Viable Product (MVP),identifying market requirements and customer requirements there is the task of determining the priority of features and product development. There are a variety of ways you can do this based on weighted criteria, must/should/could/won't have analysis, rating and ranking and others.
Two examples which are commonly used are, Timebox based prioritisation and Weighted Criteria based prioritisation. The former is used for short-term Agile development prioritisation and the latter for long-term roadmap planning and execution.
